In a small container place the glitter of your choice. Add a small amount of gel and mixed. It's up to you to determine the desired texture.
Apply your new arrangement using a brush or a silicone applicator.
Application: We recommend applying Festival Glitter Gel directly to skin or hair and not over water-based makeup creations.
Caution: Some glitter may dissolve into the gel over time. We recommend doing a test with the glitter you want to prepare in advance.

Apply Festival Base Gel to skin using a flat brush or silicone applicator. Once you have a thin layer, you can pat glitter onto the surface where the gel is.
Remove this gel and glitter with soap and water this gel is very easy to remove.
